Cancellation policy

To formalize the reservation of an apartment you must pay in advance 25% of the total amount of the rent as a reservation.

If the cancellation is prior to 30 days from the date of entry, 90% of the reservation is recovered. If the cancellation occurs between 15 and 30 days prior to the date of entry, 50% of the reservation is recovered. If the cancellation is later, 100% of the reservation is lost.
